As a creator, designer, and content strategist, I am passionate about helping individuals, businesses, and organizations develop visuals and content that are both meaningful and impactful. Everything You Need to Know Before Booking With iKreate4U
At iKreate4U, we're committed to providing a professional, transparent, and seamless client experience. These policies are designed to help every project run smoothly from your initial inquiry to final delivery.
Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable $30 deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Your deposit will be applied toward your remaining balance.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final files are delivered.

Inspiration / Reference Materials
Submitting your materials on time helps us begin your project promptly and avoid unnecessary delays.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround times vary depending on the service selected.
Estimated turnaround times can be found within each service description.
Project timelines may be extended due to additional revisions, delayed client responses, or changes to the original project scope.
Revisions
Each project includes up to two (2) free rounds of revisions, unless otherwise stated.
Additional revisions require additional fees.
Rush Services
Rush services are offered for select projects based on scheduling availability.
Additional rush fees vary depending on the service requested and project deadline.
Payments
We accept all major payment methods through Square invoices, including credit/debit cards and select digital payment options. Additional payment methods may be available upon request.
Cancellations
Projects must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled project start date.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled project start date will result in forfeiture of the non-refundable booking deposit. If project preparation or production has already begun, additional charges may apply based on the work completed.
Communication
Clear communication is essential to every successful project.
Clients are expected to respond promptly to revision requests, approvals, and questions to help keep projects on schedule.
File Delivery
Completed projects will be delivered digitally using the method most appropriate for your project, including:

Dropbox
Instagram Direct Message (when appropriate)
Delivery methods may vary based on the size, format, and requirements of your project.
Privacy
All client information, project materials, and business details are kept confidential.
No completed work will be shared publicly without permission unless otherwise agreed upon.
Portfolio Usage
Upon final payment, clients receive ownership of their completed deliverables.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, iKreate4U reserves the right to showcase completed work within its portfolio and social media for promotional purposes.
