How do I book a service?
Booking a service is simple. Clicking the Book Now button on our Home Page directs you to a booking form to complete regarding what service you would like to book, as well as other details about that service. Once your form is submitted, we will review your submission and contact you to discuss the next steps, project requirements, pricing, and timeline.
What is your turnaround time??
Turnaround times vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. Most projects are completed within a few business days, while larger or more detailed projects may require additional time. Estimated turnaround times will be discussed and confirmed before work begins.
Do you require a deposit?

Do you offer revisions?
Yes. We offer revisions to ensure your project aligns with your vision and expectations. The number of revisions included may vary by service, and additional revisions beyond the included amount may be subject to an additional fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of secure payment methods such as Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and etc. All customers will be sent an invoice via Square and can use the payment methods above to complete payment during the booking process and before work begins.
Do you offer rush services?
Yes. Rush services are available for clients who need a project completed within a shorter timeframe. Additional fees do apply depending on the project scope and deadline requirements.
Can you work with clients remotely?
Absolutely. iKreate4U works with clients remotely and can provide services to individuals, businesses, and organizations regardless of location through digital communication and online file delivery.
What happens after I submit my inquiry?
After your inquiry is submitted, we will review your project details and contact you to discuss your vision, gather any necessary materials, confirm pricing and timelines, and answer any questions. Once everything is approved, we will begin bringing your vision to life.
